That's because usually it's little more than a gimmick or fad diet. However, if you truly want to learn how to lose weight properly then there are ways to ensure maximum results with minimum time spent in the gym. What are they?

While 2 rounds will push you hard to begin with, you should be ready to progress to the full 3 round circuit after around two weeks.
