Use an easy to lift warm-up weight for the first set. Try doing around 15 or so reps for the warm up. Then, increase to a weight that you can't do more than 6 to 8 reps with. Add five more pounds to the weight and repeat the third set.

You can lose weight and have a healthier heart through proper exercise and fitness. However, you should also make adjustments or modifications to your diet.
