As its name implies, Tibetan comes from the word Tibet which is the place this native form of medication was invented in the early seventh century. It was during the time the Tibetan empire was being formed and its emperors outsourced the best physicians from different locations with the aim of coming up with Tibetan medicines for immune systems that would heal the diseases that people were struggling with. Some of these locations are such as Rome, China, Persia, and India.

One can only do this by looking at the bigger picture which is reviewing the long term benefits one gets from adopting a healthy lifestyle as compared to living an unhealthy one. It only takes a few adjustments in adopting to a better diet and starting a routine such as working out which are the naturals means that this treatment advocated for other than using medications that have side effects.

They say prevention is better than cure which is true and can be achieved by strengthening ones immune systems which helps in fighting diseases. With different people having distinctive body metabolism, one can only do this by finding a balance that enhances their health and proper body functioning.
