This is because you will have to keep taking the chemicals or dieting to maintain the figure and there are other side effects. Instead of risking your life, consider losing the excess fat naturally. Taking slimming tablets will not give you a long term solution. Therefore, you need to have certain factors that drive you from the inside to go and exercise everyday and also eat natural foods. It is a tough decision to avoid junk food when you have been eating it for a number of years. But, when you remember of your goals, you should find it easy to walk away from the fast food joint.

Since you really do not like your current shape, it will remind you of your goals. When you get a weight cut, you should take another picture and put it on the frame. This will keep you going and eventually you will achieve the shape that you have desired for a long time.
