In addition to this, it contains 1 gram of fiber, which is about 5% of your daily requirement of fiber.

The vitamin and the mineral content are also impressive. From one ounce alone, you will get 1.47 milligrams of iron, which is 8% of what an adult woman need and 18% of the requirement for an adult man. It also has 17% of the daily folic acid requirement and low amount of vitamins E and K.

There are several flavors to cater for different interests. The cheddar, barbecue, and salted flavors are common. The texture is crunchy and the taste is great. However, you are better off serving them with some healthy options like the fresh vegetable sticks, guacamole, or hummus.
