P90X Version 3.0 Is Better Than The Original P90X

By Dirk Wade

P90X is a complete home workout system created by Tony Horton, who is regarded as one of the best personal trainers in the country. It is a 90-day program which uses a wide variety of fitness activities such as stretching, yoga, weight lifting, cardiovascular training, pilates and martial arts. The P90X is compacted into 12-DVD sets and designed to be used in a home gym or living room. The program comes with an additional nutritional and supplement line that would help to expedite the results of using the program.

The P90X has been hailed as one of the most effective workout regimes out there. The program include high intensity exercises that are of 60-minutes or more duration. People can follow these exercises in their living room or within the confinements of a home gym. Newbies as well as pros have gained immense value out of this program in many ways. They have been able to lose excess body fat quite easily and sculpt their ideal physique within the shortest possible time. The internet is full of positive reviews about the P90X from real workout junkies.

The original program or the P90X is designed with cross training and periodization workouts for the maximum benefit of the user. Even though this program was helping people to achieve better results with their health and physique, most people would use the "lack of time" as an excuse to not follow the program to the letter. This was the main reason that made Tony to release P90X Version 3.0 in December 2013.

This has eliminated the ability for any person to use "lack of time" as an excuse to not perform the workouts. Even the busiest person in the world could squeeze in 30-minutes per day for working out effectively. The P90X Version 3.0 has helped to attract the workout pro as well as the newbie in sculpting the perfect body. This is why the P90X Version 3.0 is better than the original P90X.

The new and improved P90X workouts are only 30 minutes long compared to the 60-120 minute long original workouts. But don't expect to get off easy, the workout is intense and demanding packing the full strength of P90X3.0 in a gruelling half an hour that will have you sweating and burning like there is no tomorrow.
