When it comes to working out regularly, some people may go to extremes as a way to make up for lost time. The problem with this is when muscles have been inactive for a while, they can become sore when suddenly exerted. Once a person is in pain, they are not likely to resume.

To the surprise of many, an intense workout does not equal weight loss. For those who eat sensibly, approximately a half hour of moderate activity a few times a week will help burn excess calories. Before starting a new regimen, a good cleansing is recommended.

Starting with eating habits, as many consume foods that are loaded with carbs and excess oil. Because many of these foods have little or no natural fiber, it takes longer to fully digest. In the meantime, persons with food residue tend to have more cravings or eat more than most over time. One way is to flush the system with a gallon of water. However, detox tea brings faster results.

There are many tea blends that contain properties that aid in digestion and removing excess waste in the gut. While it is common to lose extra fluid in the process, directions should taken seriously and it is not recommended to go over the consumption limit. When the cleansing is completed, the individual should have a simple exercise plan in place.

It is common to have fewer cravings but this should not encourage crash dieting. The idea is to consume foods that are not only healthier but easier to digest such as fresh produce and skinless poultry. Foods should be baked or broiled, and cooked without a lot of oil or butter. Also, replacing sugary snacks with fruit is beneficial to keeping the excess pounds off.

The road to health can be challenging when a person knows only one way of eating or being active. For long term results, it is best to start slow and progress as the body allows. When old habits return, the best thing to do is start over immediately. Just have a cup or two of tea and start back the healthy eating with exercise.

Drinking the tea can help the body start over, so to speak. The cleansing process removes many things that are bad and allows a person to treat themselves better. While anyone can make the transition, it can be extreme to suddenly cut meals or exercise carrying excess human waste. Doing this without tea can also take longer for results to show.

In recent, more people have found this to be not only effective but practical. There are no membership fees or waiting for equipment at the gym. People can work out as they please and eat tasty dishes that are healthy and full of nutrients.
