A game an activity that is used for fun and enjoyment of participants; on many occasions, even as an educational tool. Games are usually differentiated by the rules and styles pf play, but in many cases they do not have clear differences. Also a game is considered a recreational exercise subject to rules (the playground games). The first reference to games occurred in the year 3000 BC.

Game are considered as part of human experience and present in all cultures. They are inherently a human activity. All of us have learned to relate to our family, social and cultural environment through play. It's a rich, broad, versatile and ambivalent concept that involves a a various categorizations. Many definitions have been stated about game as well, the dictionary of Royal Academy sees it as a recreational exercise rules under which it won or lost. However the polysemy of this and the subjectivity of various authors imply that any definition is only a partial approach to this entertaining phenomenon.

Game of marbles (fingernail ball) are excellent examples of children's game with rules, they are playable by 6 years of age. In history of human species, formal game appeared as a result of sedentary need for mental and physical development. In formal game the object of each game is defined and governed by the rules themselves, not representations. Thanks to this ability to set rules and play within the species has been able to build key game such as democracy, religion and science.

Game is a necessary activity for humans to attach great importance to social sphere, since it allows testing certain social behaviors; in turn be used to acquire and develop intellectual, motor, and affective capacities tool and all this must be done so willingly, feeling no obligation of any kind, and all activities required to have time and space to do it.

Early game and varied positively contributes to all aspects of growth and is linked to four basic dimensions of child development that are psychomotor, intellectual, social and affective-emotional eventually. Game is synonymous with pleasure, fun, gaiety, entertainment, but also plays the child to discover, know, know others and their environment. In non-social animals play occurs mainly during childhood as a means of psychomotor learning or experimentation and in adulthood as a behavior related to reproduction. In gregarious animals kept these play behaviors and associated social game to acquisition of status, establishing roles and add group relationship.
